What do I do if I want to rent the home?
Call us at 878-9108, and we'll ask you some questions about your employment, credit, income, and rental history. If there is still interest, we'll set up an appointment to show the house. If you are interested in renting, we will provide you with an application, and you provide us with an application fee which we use to run a background check. We'll also need to see your drivers' license for use as a photo ID.

How long is the lease?
12 months.

What is the renter responsible for?
The renter is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electric, cable). The renter is also responsible for mowing and maintaining the front and back yards. Parking on the lawn is not permitted, and there is a limit of parking for two cars.

What is included?
We provide the use of a washer and dryer. We also provide curtain rods and vinyl blinds for all windows. The washer, dryer, curtain rods, and vinyl blinds stay with the house when you leave.

What happens if something goes wrong in the house?
We (the landlords) live right next door. Just give us a call.

Do you allow pets?
No.

What is the rent?
The rent is $1,200 per month, with $1,200 deposit.
